ATTENTION:  ALL CANDIDATES AND ELECTED OFFICIALS

County Board of Elections will no longer be supplying the Financial Disclosure forms for the Ohio Ethics Commission, therefore we are listing the links below for handling your required reporting forms.

We are trying to help the Ethics Commission and our candidates to adjust to this change in filing methodology.  Clearly the fines can become burdensome at $10 per day up to $250 for every day it is late, if a timely filing does not occur.  The current filing deadline was February 6, 2012.

2011 Financial Disclosure Statements (to be filed in 2012) are now available for download in Microsoft Excel (.xls) format on the Commission’s website at:
