Absentee Voting Information


Absentee applications will be accepted beginning January 1, 2010
Absentee voting starts in our office on Tuesday, March 30, 2010

The request must include your name, address, birthdate and one of the following:
		Ohio drivers license number
		Last four digits on SSN Number
		Copy of current and valid photo ID, a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows your name and address

As well as the date of the election for the ballot you are requesting. It must also must include your signature.
