March 6, 2012 Election

January 21, 2012 – General election absentee ballots for uniformed and overseas voters must be ready

January 25 through 28, 2012 – Board of Elections office will close at noon on January 25 and not reopen until Monday, January 30, 2012 so staff can attend winter conference 

January 31, 2012 – Early voting begins in the Board of Election office

February 6, 2012 – Last day to register to vote for the March 6, 2012 General Election Board of Election office will be open until 9:00 PM

February 20, 2012 – Our Board voted that our office be open on this holiday to accommodate anyone who has the day off.

February 25, 2012 – Board of Election Office will be open until noon on this Saturday for anyone to vote

March 2, 2012 – Last chance to absentee vote in office.  Open till 6 PM.

March 3, 2012 – Accepting mail-in absentee applications until noon

March 5, 2012 – till about 6:30 or 7:00 PM - last group of poll workers to pick up their bags for the election.  Not open to the public after 5:00 PM this day.

March 6, 2012 – Election Day…..you must go to your polling place to vote on this date
